- Overview of Internet fundamentals.
- Project creation using ARM KEIL Studio and running the code on the target.
- Learn to use GPIO on the STM32 B-L475eIOT01A2 Discovery Kit IOT Node.
- Overview of ARM MBED platform
- Thread creation for LED blinking.
- Thread Creation for displaying data on the terminal
- Setup the project configuration in app.json file
- Configure the WiFi module
- Connect to the Internet to sync the Kit time using the Network Time Protocol(NTP)
- Configure the temperature sensor on the Kit
- Configure the Humidity sensor on the Kit
- Install Node.js and Node-Red programming language on your local machine.
- Learn the fundamentals of Node-RED programming language.
- MQTT protocol basic concepts. Use MQTT protocol to communicate with the AWS cloud.
- Create an account on the AWS Cloud.
- Learn to use AWS IOT Core.
- Generate the security certificates on the cloud and embed the rootCA, ClientKey and ClientCrt in the firmware
- Send sensor reading to the cloud.
- Control the LED from the Dashboard
- Create a Dashboard on the cloud and send sensor reading to the Dashboard.
- Control the LED on the board through the Dashboard on the cloud
